Women in Science
Video clip: Amy finds that she is able to work remotely when needed, such as family emergencies.
I mean, so many jobs now are just totally unpredictable in terms of when you, when you need to be at work. The beauty of both of our jobs are that, if for some reason, we absolutely had to work from home for some sort of, I don't know, family emergency then that, there is usually flexibility there. So, some of my work could be remote with a little bit of organisation when I don't have, I have a lot of face to face meetings with scientific teams. Typically I meet with the scientists in the mornings and work in the afternoon's where we are sitting today in the, in the business offices. But that's sort of a broad-brush estimate. It's usually possible to move some of those meetings around, if absolutely necessary.
