But a lot of it comes down in my experience to the individual line manager, to the individual department. And I don't know, [but] you can't put a policy on that, really. But as an institution I think it could help to encourage manage to be better aware, and to be better trained, or to be willing, or to have time [laughs] to do all this, because I think it's really time consuming, so.
