Interview excerpt: Charlotte explains that the Staff Disability Advisor was able to suggest practical issues to consider when she was looking for a new job.

She was very supportive, and just gave the kind of advice about any new job that you look for, think about these things in terms of whether it would be suitable for you, and that kind of thing. So it was practical but also good for sort of self-reflection, of going - you know - don't just go for something because you're desperate. You know, really think about what it is you can manage, and what you really want, and can handle. So yeah, she was great. And I remember keeping in touch with her, when I got the job as well. And so she was certainly very enthusiastic and helpful. And has been along the way.
