But some departments are kind of set up so that the Equality Act is almost kind of enshrined in their policies. Because with being Athena SWAN, and all the flexibility that that allows, you kind of feel there's less need for reasonable adjustments. Like if you can start your work day at ten, and work until six. If you're on medication it makes it difficult to get out of bed. Or like me if you're really bad in the evenings you can start early, and finish early. Sometimes you don't need to think about the Equality Act because the kind of - the structures are already there. If that makes sense.
