At times I've had to use it to persuade managers - not necessarily here, but in some places - to. That, you know, reasonable adjustment isn't just something we think about ourselves. It's actually - there are tests that you can think about that is it a reasonable adjustment, and what are the criteria? So, you know, we're not a corner shop with three employees, we've actually got thousands of employees, therefore we, we might be expected to do more. Even though you as the line manager feel very poor because you've only got a salary budget, you've not got anything else. That sort of conversation, where the acts and the law and stuff may come up to help persuade. But not other than that.
