But I think - So the Equal Rights Act used to be the Disability Discrimination Act. Which is - when I was a kid, I was a bit of an activist, so I knew about it. But I knew about it because I'd made it my business to know about it. And again, you've also got to have that confidence to say "No, I'm entitled to that, do it." And when you're - you know - in your twenties, fresh out of university, you don't necessarily have that confidence against someone who is your manager. Especially if you've never had a manager before. So I'm not really sure. And I think maybe at this point it is the manager's role to say "Actually no, you're entitled to this." Because the person incoming may not be feeling up to saying, to standing up for themselves and saying "I know this." So I think when you've got a responsibility for someone, you should also make sure that you're looking after their rights.
