I had become incredibly nervous about [the capability meeting], I was reading the signs and going [sighs] “The institution isn't there to help me, at this point we're adversaries”. Personnel or human resources, whatever they want to call themselves, I have been disabused of the notion that they're actually interested in personnel and human relations [laughs]. Let's be honest here, they're about protecting the institution.
