Interview excerpt: Kevin found a simple IT solution to not being able to access meetings on the third floor building.


Image representing Kevin[The building I work in is] not perfect. It's 1970s. The first two floors are accessible, the third floor isn't. [But] we have a calendar on Outlook where you can book rooms. And I’ve managed to get people to say “these two rooms here on the third floor, they're not accessible by the lift - stairs only”. So I managed to get them to put that as a warning, if you try and book a room in [my building], it will give you a warning.
