And I proposed work from home, for example. That would be very helpful for someone. Especially with the cancer patients, because it's very important how you manage your, your - you know - the infection part. So working from the environment that you know - you're familiar with, is the safest part. So being flexible on allowing people to work from home during that period is paramount. Because the norms are - if people are not flexible to offer that, that means that people either can't work because they've been travelling to and from work, adds up to the stress of working. But a person could work, they wake up in the morning, they're kind of working five hours – they don't necessarily have to come in. You just want to come back to normality. So, that - I think there's a gap in that. When I requested mine, they were like 'forget it', you can't, it's not practical'. You know? But maybe it's not practical. Or maybe it's just inflexibility. I do not know, to date.
