Interview excerpt: Being flexible helps managers get the most out of staff who might have limited resources to give.

And you know, with varying levels, varying amounts of spoons [of energy] people have, allowing them to, to use those the best way that they can, I think is, is really important. And, and giving them as many as avenues as possible, so that they can, they can use those spoons most effectively.
